Eligibility Requirements
You must be 18-65 years of age & within the following monetary limits (based on 200% of Federal Poverty Level):

| 3 people | Under $36,620 |
| 4 people | Under $44,100 |
| 5 people | Under $51,580 |
You must:
- Provide proof of income (pay stubs, W-2, or tax return forms)
- Have a social security number
- Be a Genesee County resident
- Bring picture ID
- Not have any form of health insurance
Appointment Policy
We only see patients by appointment on Wednesday from 1-4:30 PM. Appointments can be made by calling the Free Clinic between 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM, Monday-Friday. The Clinic is open to the public.
Funeral Services
Garden of Peace Cemetery - Swartz Creek, Michigan
Garden of Peace Cemetery, located at 1310 S. Morrish Rd. in Swartz Creek, Michigan, opened in 2009 and sits on 10 acres of land. The Cemetery is approximately a 5-minute drive from the Flint Islamic Center, allowing easier accessibility.
Currently in Phase I with three sections containing over 2,500 plots total, with ability to add more plots in Phase II as needed.

Death certificate: $25 ($10 per additional)
