• Saved Payment Methods: When you pay while logged in, Stripe may save your payment method to your customer profile, allowing you to use it for future donations or payments without re-entering details. This is handled through Stripe's Customer Sessions technology.
• Stripe Link: Stripe may offer its "Link" service to autofill your payment information for a faster checkout experience. Your use of Link is governed by Stripe's own privacy policy.
• ACH / US Bank Account Payments: If you choose to pay via US bank account (ACH), Stripe will verify your bank account according to its standard procedures. ACH payments are subject to Stripe's ACH processing terms.
• Data Shared with Stripe: We share your name, email, and transaction details with Stripe to process payments. Stripe's handling of this data is governed by the Stripe Privacy Policy.

Our website features an AI-powered help assistant ("FIC Help Assistant") that uses Google's Gemini AI technology to answer questions about our app and services. By using the chatbot, you acknowledge:

• Data Processing: Your chat messages are sent to Google's Gemini API for processing
• No Personal Data Storage: We do not store your chat conversations - each session is temporary and cleared when you close the chat
• Anonymous Usage: No personal identifying information (name, email, account details) is sent to the AI
• Purpose Limited: The AI is trained only to answer questions about FIC app features and navigation
• Google's Privacy Policy: Google may process chat data according to the Google Privacy Policy
• AI Limitations: The AI provides general guidance only and may not always be accurate. For account-specific questions, please log in or contact us directly

Opt-Out: You can choose not to use the AI chatbot. Simply close the chat window or do not interact with it. All other website features remain fully functional without using the chatbot.
